There are an amazing number of things to see or do while in Anaheim. The following list is for amusement parks and similar attractions in the Southern California area. This is in no way a complete list, but is given to you as a taste of what is available for you to do before or after Conucopia.

Information and prices are for summer of 1999, researched by Lisa Murway..

Some attractions offer multiple-day or multiple-park passes. Most attractions frown on bringing in your own picnic lunch. Bus services are available to some attractions. Call for more information.

Family Entertainment and Amusement Parks

Ongoing features include Indiana Jones Adventure: Temple of the Forbidden Eye, Splash Mountain, Matterhorn Bobsleds, Space Mountain, Mickey's Toontown, and the Fantasmic show.

Admission (as of June 1999): Adults $39, children age 3-11 $29, senior citizens 60 and older $37. Southern California residents discount in the off-season. Summer hours: 8:00 am-12:00 midnight.

Admission: adults $36, children ages 3-11 and senior citizens $26. Southern California residents: Adults $29, kids $13. Go "Behind The Scenes" of how movies are made! Attractions include "The Flintstone Show," "King Kong," "Earthquake-The Big One," "Backdraft," and "Back to the Future." New attraction: "Terminator 2:3D."

Shopping and dining aboard the famed historic attraction. Tours of the ship's salons, bridge, and engine room. Variety of restaurants from elegant to casual. 20 unique shops. Wedding chapel. Hotel accommodations.

Admission $15 adults, $13 military and senior citizens 55 and older, $9 children 4-11. Russian sub "Scorpion" alongside the ship: $10, $9 seniors and children. Daily 10 am-6 pm.

Marine life park features shows, exhibits, rides, and aquarium complexes. Rocky Point Reserve presents interactive habitat for bottlenose dolphins and sea otters. "Shipwreck Rapids" ride.
