Fan tables are in the same general area as Information and Registration. In particular, they'll be arranged in the ballroom lobby foyer. They are regular 6-foot tables.

Bid Presentations

Fire Safety Rules

1. Anything electrical must be UL approved. Period.
2. Your banner, if over 9 square feet in size, must be either inherently flame retardant, or treated with a commercial flame retardant, and a copy of the California State Fire Marshall flame proof certificate must be available for inspection - the little State Fire Marshall tags they sew into the things are acceptable.
3. No more than a single day's worth of literature may be stored under the table, and no empty boxes may be stored under the table.
4. No aerosol cans.
5. No lighter than air balloons.
6. No cooking, and no bottled petroleum gas is allowed.
7. No candles, or open flames of any kind are allowed.
8. there is no rule 8.
