Jenny Reed in Daily Newsletter office, on Wednesday (before the convention starts). Jenny took charge of the newsletter distribution. Here she is, just before heading out to put all of the signs and envelopes on the newsboards. You can see she has her purple Newsletter ribbon, her colorful headband/tie loosely draped around her neck, and a pocket-sized notebook to take notes in. Behind her, you can see several decorated flamingos waiting to be brought to the Art Show.

Christian McGuire, Anastasia Hunter. We haven't finished setting up the newsroom, but we have unpacked the Pan-Galactic Publishing blanket.

Sue Dawe, in the main ballroom lobby. Sue's not on the newsletter team, so she doesn't have a purple ribbon or headband, but she is a Flamingo Artist. Behind her you can see, on the left, the Information and Volunteers desk. On the right you can see the "Blue Board" where party and other event notices are posted, and next to that leaning against the wall is a pegboard ("Filthy Board") where flyers are posted.
